Microsoft, as part of its new global skills initiative has revealed the ten most in-demand jobs over the past four years.

Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella, made it known that LinkedIn's Economic Graph, a digital representation of the world's economy, helps Microsoft to track workforce trends and monitor skill gaps, thereby revealing the ten jobs currently with the highest number of openings.

In his statement, Satya said, “As part of this new initiative, LinkedIn is sharing free, real-time labor market data and skills insights to help governments, policymakers and business leaders understand what’s happening in their local labor markets: what companies are hiring, the top jobs companies are hiring for and the trending skills for those jobs."

Using this data, we identified 10 jobs that are in-demand in today’s economy and are well positioned to continue to grow in the future”, Satya explained.
